OK…My Kids Might Be Weird…
Welcome back!
Yesterday we used up our 5th and final snow day of the school year due to a lovely 10 inches of snow that dropped Sunday night. It was expected but we had high hopes that the weather map was wrong and the storm would miss us. After all, it was just 61 degrees this past Friday! We’re ready for spring!
Both of my girls, however, were SO disappointed that school was canceled. I’d love to say it’s because of something we’ve done as parents, to instill this complete love of learning, but instead the tears and disappointment were due to missing out on special events at school.
